Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in across two local services, supporting adults with a range of needs including Autism, Dementia, Physical and Learning Disabilities. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to deliver truly person-centred care, ensuring every individual lives a life of choice, dignity, and respect.
