Are you an aspiring Project Manager with a background in either Mechanical, Process or Manufacturing Engineering? Are you looking for an autonomous role with a leading aeronautical company who offer opportunities to travel across Europe, progress technically, work on a variety of high-value projects and have a flexible working model?
On offer is the opportunity to work with a leading company who provide solutions for commercial aerospace, defence and automotive projects. Their main clients are two of the leading defence and rail companies in the world and offer a range of lucrative projects to be involved with. They produce full suite mold and tooling processes for the manufacturing market across the UK, Europe and USA.
This varied role will have you planning and scheduling projects, liaising with customers, reading technical drawings, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring budgets and schedules, ensuring quality and compliance, and leading project co-ordination. This role will see you communicating with teams in France and Germany with occasional travel and client visits.
This role would suit a candidate with a background in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, looking for an autonomous Project Management role where you will be responsible for a range of lucrative projects on behalf of the defence and aerospace industries.
THE ROLE:
Managing and Scheduling Project delivery
Liaising with stakeholders including suppliers and project teams
Reading technical drawings
Hybrid Working, 1 or 2 days from home.
Monday - Friday, flexible hours

Mechanical, Manufacturing or Process Engineering background
