Job Description:
The Reporting Lead will play a pivotal role in implementing Oracle Fusion applications, including HCM, Payroll, ERP, and SCM modules, utilizing tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, and ERP Analytics. The individual will oversee the end-to-end reporting workstream, leading onshore and offshore teams, managing requirements, and ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive reporting strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a reporting team, providing guidance, setting priorities, and ensuring deliverables meet project timelines and objectives.
2. Reporting Catalogue Mapping and Gapping: Map current reporting catalogues to Oracle Fusion capabilities, identify gaps, and design solutions using Oracle's analytics and reporting tools.
3. Customer Workshops and Engagement: Conduct workshops to gather requirements, align expectations, and address escalations related to reporting.
4. Reporting Strategy Development: Develop strategies leveraging Oracle's native tools to meet real-time and historical reporting needs, aligned with business goals.
5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with functional and technical leads, communicate effectively, and manage expectations.
6. Governance and Best Practices: Establish governance for reporting development, promote standardized solutions, and support scalability.
7. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve escalations promptly.

* Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications and reporting tools.
* Proven leadership of cross-functional teams, including offshore and onshore resources.
