Job Description

As Litigation Associate Key Responsibilities include:

1. Taking depositions
2. Drafting briefs, motions and pleadings
3. Leading on discovery requests and interrogatories, and other legal correspondence/ litigation documents
4. Handling varied Commercial Litigation work within the Disputes Group
5. Strong communication externally and internally, working closely with the wider practice group
6. Actively contributing to the development and maintenance of client relationships
