As a Forklift Operator, you will be at the heart of our operations. Here's what you'll be doing:
Operating Forklifts: Safely and efficiently operate counterbalance forklifts to lift, move, and stack pallets and other goods.
Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods from trucks, lorries, and other vehicles.
Stock Management: Move and store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper stock control and preventing damage.
Line Feeding: Provide a constant supply of materials to production lines, keeping our operations running smoothly.
Safety Procedures: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, conduct regular forklift inspections, and report any issues to ensure a safe work environment. 🚧
Paperwork and Record Keeping: Complete necessary paperwork, such as route cards and inventory records.
Communication: Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff and management to maintain a seamless workflow.
Maintenance: Assist with basic forklift maintenance, such as checking fluids and lights.
General Housekeeping: Keep the workplace tidy and free of obstructions to ensure a safe working environment.What You Bring to the Team:
Valid counterbalance forklift licence
