The Role: As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers, combining technical leadership with people management to deliver scalable, high-quality products. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and senior stakeholders to define the roadmap, shape technical direction, and ensure successful delivery of platform capabilities.
