That’s why we’re hiring a Commercial Product Expert —a pivotal new role designed to strengthen the bridge between our cutting-edge platforms and the commercial teams driving our success.
As a Commercial Product Expert, you’ll be the vital link between our innovative platforms (Ophelos and Inio amongst other key products) and the commercial teams driving growth. You’ll bring deep product knowledge, technical insight, and a consultative mindset to help position our solutions effectively with clients and prospects.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your ability to translate complex features into compelling business value will directly influence sales success and customer satisfaction.
This role can be based at any of our UK offices, with regular travel to meet clients and the flexibility to work from home
What you'll do:
* Act as primary product expert for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
* Lead client demonstrations and consultative workshops
* Translate customer requirements into tailored product solutions
* Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and messaging
* Provide structured product feedback to engineering teams
* Support sales enablement and internal training initiatives
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Champion product adoption and ensure smooth customer handovers
What you bring:
* Experience in product, pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
* Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise software
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Customer-centric mindset
* Background in FinTech, Utilities, Telecom, or Financial Services
* Familiarity with CRM and product management tools like Salesforce and Jira
