Support Worker Calne - £11.45 per hour Part time 20 hours per week
Typical Shifts: From 8.00am - 10.00pm, to include at least 1 sleep-in per week. Shifts can be split to 8.00am - 3.00pm or 3.00pm - 10.00pm.

Role and Responsibilities
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Our residential service in Calne is a welcoming and friendly environment. You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. Each day is different: you could be out with the people we support in their minibus, going for a drive around the countryside, to the local swimming pool, or spending time in the services sensory garden.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone’s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
Qualifications and Requirements
We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This service requires a full UK driving license, resilience, flexibility, and composure in approach, experience with people who are non-verbal, and experience working with individuals with autism and complex learning disabilities.
