We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ashford. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ education and enjoys working collaboratively with teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Encouraging pupil engagement and participation
* Helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
* Supporting children with additional needs where required
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a Key Stage 2 setting is highly desirable
* A genuine passion for education and child development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
