The Team
The Corporate Tax team at EY supports a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial, owner‑managed, PE‑backed, and AIM‑listed businesses, along with multinational inbound and PLCs groups shareholders. We aim to be trusted advisors, delivering a full suite of corporate tax advisory and compliance services. Our work includes:
* Compliance and reporting
* Group reorganisations and restructurings
* Transaction structuring and support
* Ongoing tax advisory services related to day‑to‑day operations
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
* Proactively develop business and contribute to winning new work
* Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercial awareness
* Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
* Contribute to training, retention, and wider people initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance
* Business development experience, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
* Demonstrated project management and stakeholder relationship skills
