Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Co-ordinator to work for fantastic company based in Gosport.
You will be a confident individual as the role will include dealing with new and existing customers.
Duties include:
1. Implementing and attending first order meetings
2. Keeping customers informed of any changes to their orders, including change to delivery schedule
3. Preparation of quotations
4. Processing, monitoring and follow up of customer quality complaints
5. Daily Credit Control
6. Sending Monthly emails
7. Implementation of New Account Forms
Personal requirements:
8. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required
9. Previous Customer support/account management experience is a must
10. Navision would also be desirable.
Hours:Monday to Friday - 37 hours a week between 0830 -1730 (flexibility offered)
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate
