Teaching Assistants – Basingstoke Pay: £13.75 per hour Monday- Friday, term time only We are recruiting Teaching Assistants for two specialist schools in Basingstoke: An SEN school supporting pupils with autism, communication needs and complex learning difficulties. An SEMH school supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. The Role You will support students 1:1 and in small groups, adapt learning activities, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils develop confidence, independence and emotional regulation. You’ll work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide consistent, structured support tailored to individual needs.
