Expanding Team: This vacancy is due to regional growth, meaning you'll be joining a dynamic and expanding team within the Midlands.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Based in the Midlands with a regional office in Walsall, you'll inherit a caseload of 9-10 fostering households (expected to rise by mid-August), with 5 based around the Derby area. Ideally, you'll be located in North Birmingham/South Staffordshire (Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Burton, Derby).
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week, 9-5), hybrid role. While primarily home-based, you'll be expected to work from the regional office 1-2 days per week for supervisions, training, and meetings. You'll also participate in an Out of Hours (OOH) on-call rota (1:6 weeks).
What You'll Bring:
Qualified Social Worker status.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (Supervising Social Worker).
A personality and values that reflect a supportive, kind, and solutions-focused approach.
Desirable: Experience undertaking Form F Assessments and/or working in the independent fostering sector.

Competitive Salary: £40,000 per annum
Performance-Related Pay (PRP) after probation (based on regional growth).
£150 per week for Out of Hours pay.
