About You
We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Strabane store. Step into a role as a supervisor where you will lead the sales team by example, with an excellent understanding of product and a friendly, welcoming approach to deliver excellent customer service. Ideally you should have experience working as a supervisor in a similar environment, though we will consider other relevant experience.
About The Role
Being a supervisor at DV8 is a responsible but rewarding role with a clear path for progression. Your duties include:
* Provide excellent customer service, greet customers with a smile and assist where needed.
* Open and close the store following security procedures.
* Ensure products are priced and the shop floor is clean and tidy at all times.
* Maintain high standards of merchandise and present products to look their best.
* Be responsible for till operations for card and cash payments (training provided if necessary).
