Role Overview
The post is for 15 hours per week. The post holder will work as part of a team of nurses and will be required to carry out a range of duties in relation to Fibroscan clinics and will be supervised by a registered nurse. To work as part of the Hepatology team delivering care to patients, undertaking delegated tasks with appropriate supervision from a Registered healthcare professional. Contribute to delivering a high-quality service for patients with liver disease and their families, with an aim to achieve equity of health outcomes, following the Liver Disease Implementation Network. To provide clinic support for the Hepatology Fibroscan service, this includes undertaking the Fibroscan and completing the relevant documentation involved in the running of the clinic.
Travel Requirements
Due to service developments, there may be occasional need to work in other sites, and being able to travel between sites is an essential part of the role. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
