To manage, support and develop the internal sales team, to implement and improve all sales process throughout the company. Ensure all enquiries are converted into quotations and then converted into orders. Meet customers’ needs and requirements plus provide a high level of service to all customers. Achieve and exceed all business targets that are set in accordance with the company’s corporate strategy. Responsibilities and Duties Manage, support, develop and Supervise Sales office staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to carry out their duties and responsibilities to the required standards. Allocate workload to Sales office staff, ensuring that it is evenly distributed and that business targets are met. Assist in the recruitment and selection of staff for the Sales office. Oversee the provision of help desk support to customers experiencing difficulties with company products. Over see any customer problems or compliance within the sales role. Implement & maintain procedures/ office administrative systems Daily management of order book and progressing with other departments to ensure customer orders are delivered on time Taking ownership of the Salesforce CRM to ensure leads are followed up in a timely manner and orders do not go overdue in conjunction with the external sales team Ensuring all customer quotes are processed and uploaded to the Salesforce CRM by internal Sales Team in a timely manner. Reporting of KPI’s and running daily TDM meetings with internal Sales team using a range of software packages Attending meetings with senior management. Support the Sales Director for Watts on a monthly basis with reports and problems
