About the Role
A leading law practice is recruiting a qualified solicitor (GradeA orB, or equivalent) to join its respected Clinical Negligence Team in Manchester. In this role, you’ll tackle complex, high‑impact cases that truly matter.
Core Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive legal research and gather evidence. Liaise with medical experts and instruct counsel appropriately. Offer clear, compassionate and practical client advice. Negotiate settlements with an unwavering client‑first focus. Prepare cases thoroughly for litigation when required. Represent clients at interlocutory hearings as needed.
About You
* Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (GradeA orB preferred). Proven experience in clinical negligence or closely related areas. Exceptional communication and client‑service skills. Strong case‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
