Job Title: Associate Practice Educator
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff across a range of clinical and non-clinical roles. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million, expanding to 2.2 million with regional and national services.
This is a full-time position with a shift pattern from Monday to Friday. Various hours may be considered.
Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Practice Development team. The primary focus is to support the development of Healthcare Support Workers (HCSWs) within NHSGGC. The Associate Practice Educator will facilitate educational and developmental activities related to the HCSW workforce within Nursing and Midwifery, collaborating across practice development and education networks organization-wide. The goal is to improve work-based learning experiences and contribute positively to the future HCSW workforce.
