Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to meet students' needs. Required Qualifications: GCSE qualifications. Preferred Experience and Skills: Experience working with children or young people. Understanding of Special Educational Needs. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team. Additional training or qualifications in SEN support. Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
