OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
•NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
•Great knowledge of food and beverage in a high-end environment
•A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
•A genuine love of the food and beverage service industry
•Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to read a P&L report
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
•Be responsible for helping to maintain a guest-focused culture, which supports the values expressed on the Resort’s Mission Statement and the Resort’s business goals
•Supervise the day-to-day operation of the outlet
•Conduct employee orientation, on the job performance coaching and counselling
•Maintain complete knowledge of, and ensures strict adherence to, all legislation relating to the sale of alcohol
•Ensure all grooming standards are met
