What you will do:
* Identify
the learning requirements, addressing both organisational, and
individual skill gaps across all levels of 2 properties (COMO Metropolitan London & COMO The Halkin)
* Aligning hotel learning initiatives with the hotel and
company objectives to drive
success
* Lead COMO Welcome; onboarding program which engages team members and introduces them to COMO’s culture and core values
* Evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs through
feedback, metrics, and strategies contributing to data-driven
decision-making for performance improvement
* Create
and deliver impactful training programmes specifically
tailored to enhance employee skills and drive service excellence
* Develop brand specific learning content:
create compelling learning resources custom-tailored for our online
training platform
* Work closely with various departments to understand their
distinctive training needs and align learning programs with the group’s
goals.
Who you are:
* Previous experience in a similar role as a learning manager within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for creating a culture of continuous learning
* Ability to self manage & prioritise your workload, whilst maintaining a consistent performance
* Confident Trainer who has the ability to build rapport with team members & managers
* Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable communicating at all levels
* A creative personality, with a real passion for hospitality developing internal talent
