Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Isleworth, London

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school community in Isleworth.
Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN needs
* Work closely with teachers and specialists to implement individual learning plans
* Assist in classroom management and promote a positive learning environment
* Support students' social, emotional, and academic development

* Experience working with children with special educational needs (preferred but not essential)
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
