This is an exciting opportunity to work on a new 7-year, £1bn framework with Southern Water, all while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working from home and our Falmer office in East Sussex.

Hybrid working: From home with regular weekly travel to our Falmer office.

Your Responsibilities
As our new Information Manager, you will play a crucial role in adopting the information management process across projects. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards, particularly ISO 19650, while helping us meet client requirements. You will also be responsible for:
* Contributing to the development of minimum standards, protocols, templates, forms, processes, and manuals alongside the NRNN Digital Construction Lead.
* Implementing our digital strategy for information management, including systems and processes for the Common Data Environment (CDE) across all live projects.
* Conducting audits and generating compliance reports for live projects, collaborating with project teams to address any corrective actions.
* Delivering advanced CDE courses and upskilling sessions to empower information coordinators and project teams.
* Providing ongoing management of information coordinators, including performance reviews, mentoring, and training.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Experience working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources.
* A proficient understanding of information management procedures, including complex workflows and change control.
* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with multidisciplinary design teams, clients, and subcontractors.
* A demonstrable capability in delivering ISO 19650 across projects.
