Your Role:
1. Manage multiple customer import bookings (sea and air freight, including FCL/LCL).
2. Liaise with co-loaders and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.
3. Track shipments, resolve delays or issues, and manage cross-trade bookings.
4. Maintain accurate booking data and communicate updates to clients and suppliers.
