This would be a Fixed term position from Monday 25th May to Sunday 6th September 2026.
Hours will vary across the contract period as follows:
25th May to 19th July: 15 hours per week
20th July to 30th August: 30 hours per week
31st August to 6th September: 15 hours per week
The hours can be flexible but weekend work is essential.
The duties of the post will include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Litter collection/emptying of bins
Upkeep of flower beds, borders & trees
Tree/flower planting
Installation of street furniture
Playground and Skate park inspections
Cemetery
Maintaining Open Spaces and Footpaths within the P3 Scheme
General Maintenance of the Council’s buildings
