Your Role as a Supply Teacher
Deliver Engaging Lessons
* Teach pre-planned lessons or adapt materials as a Supply Teacher
* Ensure an engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Inspire students with creative and effective teaching strategies
Classroom & Behaviour Management
* Maintain a positive and structured learning atmosphere as a Supply Teacher
* Follow school policies on behaviour and safeguarding
* Build rapport with students and encourage participation
Support & Collaborate
* Work closely with teaching assistants and school staff
* Adapt teaching styles to suit different abilities and learning needs
* Provide feedback on student progress when required
Who We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred for Supply Teachers)
* Experience working in mainstream or SEN settings as a Supply Teacher
* Passionate, adaptable, and confident in different classroom environments
* Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Supply Teacher
* Ability to engage and inspire students in any Supply Teacher role
