My client, a volume main dealership based in Northamptonshire, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their established team.
The Role
As a Sales Administrator, your role is key as you work behind the scenes supporting the Sales Team to achieve an incredible customer experience. A Sales Administrator prepares all relevant documentation for an efficient handover of the vehicle to the customer. A Sales Administrator is able to thrive under pressure, have a professional manner, and be a team player. Our Sales Administrators are meticulous with detail, have a proven ability to operate to deadlines, and deal with conflicting priorities effectively.
Requirements for this Role
You must possess excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, highly organised, and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator is essential. You must also be computer literate.
Your Responsibilities
* Document all sales, including ordering and processing vehicle sales.
* Invoicing vehicles to end-users and internally between dealerships.
* Deal effectively with customer and subcontractor requests.
* Ensure that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time for scheduled handover.
* Assist the sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales process.
* Liaise with the brand regarding vehicle specifications and stock ordering.
* Ensure all government procedures regarding vehicle taxing are adhered to.
