Responsibilities
* Carry out direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
* Assist registered nurses and medical staff in clinics and surgical procedures.
* Assist with reception duties, greet patients, relatives and visitors.
* Ensure patient privacy and dignity are maintained at all times.
* Support patients through each stage of their journey, promoting safety, effective care and a positive experience.
* Adhere to policies and procedures for safety and infection control.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent organisational, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Open to change and committed to personal development.
* Effective communication skills and appreciation of confidentiality principles.
* Willingness to work flexible hours within the department.
