About the role
As part of our Regional Support team you will travel to different branches across a specific region each day to provide support where it is needed most, ensuring our customers always get a fantastic service. We’ll let you know in advance where you’ll be working, but of course things can change so flexibility is important. Rest assured, we’ll always have your well-being in mind though.
We’re looking for a friendly, supportive and helpful person who thrives on providing excellent service. You’ll enjoy the challenge of working in different branches and meeting new people.
Your main responsibilities will be supporting your region by providing counter support and possibly account opening, depending on the needs of the location and customers. It’s important that you give customers accurate information in a friendly, professional and efficient way.
This role operates on a Monday to Friday basis and we’ll provide you with a car to get you from A to B. As you’ll need to be in different locations each day to help the branch open, we’ll support with a 10% shift allowance for your flexibility. This role operates over all our South locations (includingGloucestershire and Swindon) but will mainly be covering Oxfordshire.
About you
Our regional support team have a reputation for providing flexible support and excellent customer service so we really want to meet people who care about our branches as much as we do! So for this role you’ll need a positive, flexible attitude with a supportive approach.
We’re looking for someone who has excellent customer and communication skills with the ability to adapt to varied teams and locations. You’ll be able to deal with customers’ enquiries in a careful and accurate way, you'll also have experience of dealing with more complex situations or handling complaints.
