Pertemps are working with our client based in Marchington who are looking for a Warehouse Admin to join their team on a on-going temporary basis. Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm.
A Warehouse Admin manages daily warehouse operations, focusing on accurate inventory, order processing, and communication, acting as a crucial link between stock control, sales, and customers by handling records, stock checks, delivery notes, and inquiries.
Hours & Benefits:
1. 6AM – 2PM - Monday to Friday
2. £12.55/hr
What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse Admin:
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to precision
4. Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
5. Confident working on your feet for the duration of the shift
6. Reliable, punctual, able to work to consistent picking targets, and able to follow processes accurately
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Admin:
7. Complete perpetual inventory counting of the physical stock as per the agreed task plan to ensure all areas within the warehouse are counted on a weekly basis.
8. Complete the daily reports and escalate risks or major issues as quickly as possible
9. Make necessary adjustments within the warehouse management system to reflect the physical stock counted.
10. Conduct specific stock investigations in response to customer / supplier / operational queries as required.
11. Monitor and resolve workflow queries
