A well-established and well-regarded Cheltenham law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Litigator to join its thriving Dispute Resolution team. The firm seeks a commercially astute solicitor with broad experience across matters such as contractual and commercial Disputes, Property Litigation, Professional Negligence, Contentious Probate, and Debt Recovery.
What the Firm Expect
* Minimum 3 years’ PQE
* Demonstrable ability to handle a busy, varied litigation caseload independently
* Strong grounding in the full litigation lifecycle, including pre-action work, pleadings, disclosure, ADR, and trial preparation
* Providing strategic advice to a varied client base, including companies, trusts, charities, and private individuals
* Managing cases from first instruction through to final resolution, shaping litigation strategy and guiding clients at every stage
* Liaising with and instructing counsel where appropriate
* Advocating for clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions
