This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take ownership of the added value categories while supporting the wider Aldi account across key commercial activity.You'll be a key leader within the team - managing customer relationships, driving commercial performance, leading negotiations, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects and categories.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage key customer relationships within the Aldi account, building trusted partnerships that support long-term growth and performanceTake ownership of the added value categories, ensuring strong commercial delivery and operational alignment across all activityLead commercial negotiations and manage conversations, with a focus on driving improvementOversee and drive key projects from concept through to launch, ensuring timelines, critical paths, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managedSupport the Business Unit Director across the wider Aldi account when requiredContribute to strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and category growth initiativesAbout YouYou're an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven ability to manage customer relationships at pace.
