A well-established and respected company within the Fire & Security industry is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join its Mechanical Division, specialising in ANSUL R102 Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems.
The business has a strong reputation for designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining fire safety, fire suppression, and security systems nationwide. Due to continued growth, this new position offers an exciting opportunity to lead installation projects and manage a dedicated team of engineers and subcontractors.
This role is based in Central London, with regular site visits required to ensure projects progress smoothly and to the highest standards. A company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities – Fire Suppression Installation Manager
As the ANSUL Fire Suppression Installation Manager for the Mechanical Division, you will:
Plan, manage, and deliver the installation of ANSUL Fire Suppression Installation Manager on a national scale across a variety of commercial premises, including hospitality, education, and retail sites
Lead and support a team of field engineers and trusted subcontract partners to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain compliance with all relevant standards, technical specifications, and internal procedures throughout each stage of installation and commissioning
Foster positive client relationships through proactive communication, on-site presence, and timely response to queries
Track team performance, project progress, documentation, and associated financials to maintain high productivity and transparency
Prepare regular project summaries and reports, including updates on milestones, invoicing, and overall budget status
Act as a technical resource for the team, offering hands-on assistance and expert advice when required
Manage the coordination of materials, equipment, and logistical requirements in collaboration with the projects and administration teams
Requirements – Fire Suppression Installation Manager
Demonstrable technical expertise with Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems (ANSUL R102 preferred)
Proven experience in project management within the fire industry or mechanical installations
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Willingness to travel to sites across the UK as required
