Job Description Responsibility for the import instruction process to carriers Ensuring courier shipments are sent out & delivered on time to our customers & global offices Support Shipping Team with day to day administrative tasks eg. creation of manual shipping invoices & packing lists Key Tasks & Responsibilities Managing shipping inbox for imports, creating instructions to carriers and updating records Liaise with relevant departments to co-ordinate courier shipments Creating shipment invoices & packing lists Ensure all courier shipment deliveries are made in line with customer and company requirements. Act as contact for customer and internal queries relating to shipping or status enquiries. Signing off freight invoices from suppliers Maintaining and updating various existing spreadsheets.
