Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
* Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food production and maintain kitchen efficiency.
* Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Assist in inventory management and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
* Proven culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment
* Strong food preparation and cooking skills
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
* Leadership abilities to manage and supervise kitchen staff
* Experience in food production and team management
* Background in hospitality and restaurant service
