Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: North Kent | Hybrid Working Considered
A leading law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor with expertise in Personal Injury, ideally some Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Credit Hire litigation to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to a dynamic department.
The Role
* Handle a caseload of litigated and pre‑litigated RTA and credit hire claims
* Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documents
* Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients, insurers and counsel
* Ensure compliance with legislation and procedural rules
* Provide commercially focused legal advice and robust representation
* Support junior team members when required
Key Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE
* Strong knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation
* Experience across Small, Fast, Intermediate and Multi‑Track cases
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
