Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on various HR queries, supporting colleagues at all levels.
* Oversee sickness absence reporting, analyse data trends, and offer actionable insights.
* Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Manage Parental Leave and flexible working requests.
* Lead onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
* Conduct exit interviews, track trends, and suggest strategies to improve retention.
* Deliver engaging HR training across the organisation.
* Generate monthly HR data and KPI reports, maintaining systems (Workday & ADP) with accuracy.
About You:
* 2+ years of HR generalist experience.
* Proven success in multi-site organisations.
* Skilled with HRIS systems (especially ADP and Workday).
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel.
