The job
You’ll take customer-approved concepts and own everything from factory trial to launch across multiple manufacturing sites.
That includes:
* Running and coordinating factory trials
* Managing critical paths (and adapting when they move)
* Working closely with Technical, Operations and central NPD
* Leading a small process NPD team
* Being the main site contact for customers
What you’ll need
* Strong process / scale-up experience in a large factory
* Confidence managing stakeholders and standing your ground
* Comfortable working site-based
