Inside Sales Consultant – Product Specialist
Location: Johnson Controls, Manchester
What You Will Do
As an Inside Sales Consultant – Product Specialist, you will sit in the Inside Sales Team and play a key role in driving business growth by managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and promoting Johnson Controls’ TFIS product portfolio. You will:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service.
* Manage international shipping and customs documentation for product deliveries.
* Prepare and follow up on quotes, identify cross-selling opportunities, and enable revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships
* Liaise with external customers and internal stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and provide updates as required.
* Continuously develop your technical product knowledge to provide expert guidance and solutions.

* Use CRM systems and MS Office tools to manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and maintain accurate records.

* Deliver clear, professional communication across all levels of the business, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to position Johnson Controls as a trusted partner.
