Role summary:
The individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the Operational performance on the business Value Stream. The role will have the accountability of Managing, Co-ordinating and reporting on key operational inputs. The individual will be required to liaise with other functions; Programmes, Quality, Engineering & SIOP to expedite deliveries that align with the sales or production plans.
Principle Accountabilities:
Working directly for the Operations Lead the Operations Project Co-ordinator will provide the primary interface across the IPT to provide clear direction and drive across three primary areas: Concessions, FAI's and OER's. Key Activities would include;
Managing and co-ordinating the full lifecycle of the internal LRU concession process ensuring that the Value stream remains fully compliant to both internal and customer process
Managing and co-ordinating the FAI process within the Nacelles value stream, partnering closely with the third-party support company to ensure minimal turnback's and timely resolution.
Providing planning and prioritisation of the OERs (Original Equipment Returns): Manage OERs trackers and expedite the repair, tests, and delivery to the customers.
