About Our Client
My client is an international and leading Supply Chain business based in Smethwick.
Job Description
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
3. Managing a portfolio of clients from 1st installation through to them being installed
4. Taking ownership and accountability of the portfolio after the Sales team have closed the sale
5. Scheduling in appointments for the measurers to go out to the clients to measure workwear for the order to be placed
6. Ring clients to book in a drop off of the product
The Successful Applicant
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following experience:
7. Be able to confidently use IT Systems and Excel
8. Someone who can confidently receive and make calls to business clients
9. Organised and able to use own initiative
