What Youll Do As a Field Service Engineer, youll play a key role in supporting customers across the UK: Install and commission advanced measurement and inspection systems (CMM, optical, and X-ray equipment) Diagnose and repair machine breakdowns on customer sites Provide both on-site and remote technical support Carry out calibration, servicing, and preventative maintenance Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high service standards Manage documentation through CRM and internal systems (service reports, calibration records, etc.) Coordinate parts, tools, and travel arrangements for site visits This is a home-based, field role with significant travel, including regular overnight stays during the week.
