* Build strong rapport to convert viewings into reservations.
* Manage enquiries, reservations, and handovers with a customer‑first approach.
* Proactively follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Represent the developer with a polished, confident, and approachable style.
What You’ll Bring
