The role…
As Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless running of our stunning seaside hotel. You’ll lead with vision and energy, ensuring every guest experience is exceptional while keeping the business commercially sharp. Acting as the right hand to the General Manager, you’ll oversee all operational departments, inspire your teams, and deputise when needed. This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge, loves hospitality, and has an eagle eye for detail.
We’re looking for a passionate leader who’s ready to make waves in the industry—someone who aspires to grow into a General Manager role within our dynamic Harbour Hotels portfolio. Whether you’re an experienced Operations Manager or stepping up for the first time, if you’ve got the ambition, we’ve got the opportunity.
