Increased Hourly rate of £12.Due to a new contract win in West Lothian, we are continue to look for Support Workers to join our growing team!
This is a beautiful brand new, purpose built building to eventually house 16 service users, in their own individual flats.
We are Mears Supported Living Ltd, providing support to individuals. We provide a range of care and support services to people out in the community and in their own homes.
This role is to cover a 24hr shift rotation and you will be specifically required to support and assist the Service Users with specific care packages. Shifts to include 08:00am - 20:00pm and 20:00pm - 08:00am, some flexibility may be offered.
Due to the nature of this contract, restraint training will be provided, to be suitable for this training you MUST have a 100% fit bill of health and be able to participate in the practical elements of the course."
We can offer some flexibility on these shifts, as well as part time and full time hours, zero hour and contracted hour contracts.
You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker. Support staff or service users in any way needed.

Enrolment onto SVQ level 2 after successful completion of your 6 month probation
