Who We’re Looking For:
* Detail-oriented and confident in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation)
* Tech-savvy, adaptable, and willing to learn new systems
* Excellent communicator with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
* Customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to grow are key
Location & Hours:
* Based in Newark (office-based)
* Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, occasional weekend/bank holiday cover

Your Role:
* Handle client queries via email, phone, and chat with clear, professional solutions
* Load and maintain rates and agreements accurately using Excel and other data systems
* Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Finance, and Marketing to improve processes
* Analyse data to highlight trends and support decision-making that drives revenue
* Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional experience
