What You’ll Bring: Our client is looking for someone with: 5-8 years of proven experience in project management within an event agency, specifically focusing on incentive or corporate events. A track record of successfully managing complex projects from initial concept through to flawless completion. Exceptional skills in building and nurturing strong client and supplier relationships. The ability to develop compelling proposals and translate client briefs into outstanding creative solutions. Strong command of budget management, negotiation, and invoicing. A proactive, positive, and accountable approach to your work, always striving for excellence. Confidence in using and staying current with event technology and office applications. What You’ll Do: In this pivotal role with our client, you will: Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of complex incentive events and corporate conferences for their diverse corporate clientele. Develop comprehensive and creative proposals that articulate clear event concepts and value propositions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and confidently managing their expectations. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with a wide range of suppliers and vendors. Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Be willing to travel for events and FAM trips as required.
