Head of Geography – Experience and Qualifications
* A degree in Geography or a closely related discipline.
* A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE).
* Proven experience of teaching Geography across KS3–KS5.
* Demonstrable leadership experience, either as a Head of Department or aspiring middle leader.
* A track record of raising standards and delivering excellent outcomes for students.
* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to curriculum innovation, enrichment, and departmental development.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
