What We’re Looking For
* MUST have SIA licence/certificates
* Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
* Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure
* Comfortable working with customers and as part of a wider team
* Able to provide a 5‑year checkable employment/education history for vetting
Job Role / Duties
* Provide industry‑leading, friendly customer service
* Help deter crime, violence, and antisocial behaviour
* Carry out regular store patrols
* Use CCTV and Body Worn Video to support crime prevention
* Work closely with store management teams
* Liaise with police and local crime partnerships when required
* Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all
