Responsibilities
* Supervise and support students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
* Assist with the smooth operation of the dining hall, encouraging good table manners and promoting healthy eating.
* Help manage outdoor playtime, ensuring students engage in safe and fun activities.
* Provide a caring and supportive presence for students, addressing any conflicts or concerns that arise.
* Work closely with other staff members to ensure a positive school environment.
Qualifications & Attributes
* A warm, friendly approach and a passion for working with children.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to manage situations calmly and efficiently.
* Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
